“Don’t despise your mother’s experience when she is old. Get the truth and don’t ever sell it; also get wisdom, discipline, and discernment. The father of godly children has cause for joy. What a pleasure it is to have wise children. So, give your parents joy! May she who gave you birth be happy.” Proverbs 23:22-25
The Word of God is the Guidebook for Motherhood and Children!
♥️ God gives GOOD mothers! A wise mother should love and pray for her children consistently and unselfishly, wanting what is best for the child.
♥️ A wise mother builds her family up rather than tearing them down with hurtful words and a wise child brings bring joy to their mother!
♥️ A wise mother exercises great faith for her children.
♥️ A mother teaches her children God’s way.
♥️ A wise woman builds her house; a foolish woman tears hers down with her own hands.
♥️ Children Must Obey God’s Word!
- Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your God will give you.” Exodus 20:12
- Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: Proverbs 31:28.
- Children who mistreat their father or chase away their mother are a public disgrace and an embarrassment. Proverbs 19:26.
- If you curse your father or mother, the lamp of your life will be snuffed out. Proverbs 20:20.
- Some people curse their father and do not thank their mother. Proverbs 30:11
♥️ Children Must Obey The Word as How To Treat Their Mothers!
♥️ Children must treat their mothers with kindness and thankfulness. Bring joy to your mother by being a wise child.
“Each of you must show respect for your mother and father, and you must always observe my Sabbath days of rest, for I, the Lord, am your God. Leviticus 19:3.
♥️ Children must honor and respect their mother as God commands.
If you have a smile for Mother Give it now.
If you have a kind word, Speak it now,
She’ll not need it when the angles greet her at the golden gate!
Give the smiles while she is living If you wait ‘twill be to late.
If you have a flower for Mother, Pluck it now.
Place it gently on her bosom, Print a kiss upon her brow.
What cares she when life is over,
For the flowers that bloom below.
She will have her share up yonder, Scattered at her feet galore.
