So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

What is Truth and What is The Power of Biblical Truth?
Would you agree that there is a degree of false teaching and some deception going forth in the Christendom, from some pulpits every Sunday Morning? Unfortunately, it is often mixed with some truth and because it is not the Whole Truth, Absolute Truth, and God’s Truth, it is ERROR. There is no such thing as a ½ truth, it is a lie if it is not the whole truth!
Human beings have always wanted to reserve the right to Determine Biblical Truth. We readily accept truth in other areas such as the Law of Gravity, Rules of Mathematics, and other areas of Science. However, when it comes to the Bible and Biblical Truth we want to question and to pick and choose not to accept when it comes to the Word of God!
The Bible makes it very clear that we do not determine Truth, but rather we discover Truth.
Nowhere is the consequences of not accepting TRUTH are more important than in the area of Faith️
We are free to ignore truth if we so choose, but we do so at our own risk. It is DANGEROUS because Eternity is an awfully long time to be Wrong.
What is Truth and Why Truth Is Important? Why is it so important to understand and embrace the Truth of God’s Word in all areas of our lives?
Knowing the Truth of God’s Word is very important because life has consequences for being wrong.
~Being treated for the wrong diagnosis or given the wrong medication can be deadly!
~Having an investment manager who makes the wrong monetary decisions can impoverish a family.
~Dealing with an unfaithful marriage partner can result in the destruction of a family and, potentially, deadly disease. I think you get the point!
The Word of God is the foundation of our lives and TRUTH is found only in the Person of Jesus Christ! He is TRUTH and Jesus is our ONLY path to the Father. As Truth, He joins His Divine Life to ours, both now and eternally.
GOD’S TRUTH is:
~ Powerful with Transforming Power – literally able to save our lives through Salvation!
~ Practical and our source of help in life situations.
~ Applicable and appropriate for every problem.
~ Relevant – written over 2,000 years ago and is relevant in the times in which we live!
The Bible makes it clear that TRUTH, God’s Truth is absolute and constant despite our feelings and beliefs to the contrary. Those who contradict the Truth of God’s Word have elevated their opinion higher than that of JESUS, who is the incarnation of TRUTH, The ONLY TRUTH!

FATHER GOD: Thank You for providing us with Your TRUTH that sets us FREE! Help us to surrender all to You and live holy lives as vessels of Your Anointing Power, in the Precious, Powerful, and Preeminent Name of Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, Amen!
